Sustainable Charlbury

What we’ve done

Last year we hosted several events to launch SusCha and get people talking about sustainability.

6 November 2006: 1st Public Meeting.

This was attended by over 70 residents and following a talk given by George Marshall of COIN, a public discussion was held in which people came up with ideas to do with sustainability in Charlbury. A list of these ideas can be found here.

6 December 2006: An Inconvenient Truth

We had the first public showing of Al Gore’s blockbuster.

19th May 2007: Slide show and talk

Liz Reason and Tim Crisp held a talk in the Bell to discuss Climate Change.

Open Day Project: Light Bulb Library Display
